అయినా ఉన్నత స్థలాలను కూల్చివేయలేదు. ప్రజలు ఉన్నత స్థలాల్లో ఇంకా బలులు అర్పిస్తూ ధూపం వేస్తూనే ఉన్నారు. ఇతడు యెహోవా మందిరానికి ఉన్న ఎత్తయిన ద్వారాన్ని కట్టించాడు.
