તેઓએ યરુશાલેમમાં અમાસ્યાની વિરુદ્ધ ષડયંત્ર રચ્યું તેથી તે લાખીશ ભાગી ગયો. પણ તેઓએ લાખીશમાં તેની પાછળ માણસો મોકલીને તેને ત્યાં મારી નાખ્યો.

Now they made a conspiracy against him in Jerusalem: and he fled to Lachish; but they sent after him to Lachish, and slew him there.
