સાચે જ તેં અદોમનો નાશ કર્યો છે માટે તને તેનો ખૂબ જ ગર્વ છે. તારી જીતનો ઘમંડ તારી પાસે રાખ અને તારા ઘરમાં જ બેસી રહે, કેમ કે, શા માટે તું તારા કારણે પોતાના અને યહૂદિયા એમ બંન્ને પર મુસીબત લાવીને બન્ને નાશ પામો?”

Thou hast indeed smitten Edom, and thine heart hath lifted thee up: glory of this, and tarry at home: for why shouldest thou meddle to thy hurt, that thou shouldest fall, even thou, and Judah with thee?
