Want Jozacar, de zoon van Simeath, en Jozabad, de zoon van Somer, zijn knechten, sloegen hem, dat hij stierf; en zij begroeven hem met zijn vaderen in de stad Davids; en Amazia, zijn zoon, werd koning in zijn plaats.

For Jozachar the son of Shimeath, and Jehozabad the son of Shomer, his servants, smote him, and he died; and they buried him with his fathers in the city of David: and Amaziah his son reigned in his stead.
