కానీ బేతేలు, దాను అనే స్థలాల్లో బంగారు దూడలను ప్రతిష్టించి, వాటిని పూజించడానికి ప్రేరేపించి ఇశ్రాయేలు ప్రజలు పాపం చేయడానికి కారకుడైన నెబాతు కొడుకు యరొబాము వలె యెహూ కూడా ఆ బంగారు దూడలను పూజించడం మానలేదు.
