परन्तु येहू ने इस्राएल के परमेश्वर यहोवा की व्यवस्था पर पूर्ण मन से चलने की चौकसी न की, वरन् यारोबाम जिसने इस्राएल से पाप कराया था, उसके पापों के अनुसार करने से वह अलग न हुआ।

But Jehu took no heed to walk in the law of the LORD God of Israel with all his heart: for he departed not from the sins of Jeroboam, which made Israel to sin.
