இப்பொழுதும் தாயாரே, நாம் ஒருவரையொருவர் நேசிக்கவேண்டும் என்று, உமக்குப் புதிய கட்டளையாக எழுதாமல், ஆரம்பம் முதல் நமக்கு உண்டாயிருக்கிற கட்டளையாக எழுதி, உம்மை வேண்டிக்கொள்ளுகிறேன்.

And now I beseech thee, lady, not as though I wrote a new commandment unto thee, but that which we had from the beginning, that we love one another.
