2 Korintiërs 4:6

Want de God die heeft gezegd: “Laat er licht schijnen uit de duisternis”, heeft ons hart beschenen met het licht dat ons in staat stelt Gods hemelse pracht – die afstraalt van het gezicht van Jezus Christus – te leren kennen.

For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
