​แต่​​จิ​ตใจของเขาก็มืดบอดไป เพราะตลอดมาจนถึงทุกวันนี้ เมื่อเขาอ่านพันธสัญญาเดิม ผ้าคลุ​มน​ั้นยังคงอยู่​มิได้​เปิดออก ​แต่​ผ้าคลุ​มน​ั้นได้เปิดออกแล้วโดยพระคริสต์

But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ.
