han som [ständigt] uppmuntrar [kommer till vår sida och hjälper] oss i all vår nöd (vårt lidande och betryck), för att vi ska kunna uppmuntra (hjälpa, trösta) dem som är i all slags nöd genom den uppmuntran som vi själva blir uppmuntrade med av Gud.
