நான் இரண்டாம்முறை உங்களோடு இருந்தபோது சொன்னதுபோல, இப்பொழுது தூரத்தில் இருந்தும் உங்களிடம் இருக்கிறவனாக, நான் மீண்டும் வந்தால் தப்பவிடமாட்டேன் என்று முன்பு பாவம் செய்தவர்களுக்கும் மற்ற எல்லோருக்கும் முன்னறிவித்து எழுதுகிறேன்.

I told you before, and foretell you, as if I were present, the second time; and being absent now I write to them which heretofore have sinned, and to all other, that, if I come again, I will not spare:
