Daarom schrijf ik deze brief terwijl ik niet bij jullie ben. Dan hoef ik, wanneer ik straks wel bij jullie ben, niet streng op te treden. De Heer heeft mij immers gezag gegeven om jullie op te bouwen, niet om jullie af te breken.
