II CRONICHE 9:25

Salomone avea eziandio quattromila stalle da tener cavalli e carri; e dodicimila cavalieri, i quali egli stanziò per le città ordinate per li carri, ed appresso di sè, in Gerusalemme.

¶ And Solomon had four thousand stalls for horses and chariots, and twelve thousand horsemen; whom he bestowed in the chariot cities, and with the king at Jerusalem.
