ఏ విషయం గూర్చి అయినా, ఖజానాల గూర్చి అయినా రాజు యాజకులకు, లేవీయులకు చేసిన ఏర్పాటు ప్రకారం వారు అన్ని విషయాలూ జరిగించేవారు.
