Naye Hiramu alimpelekea meli zilizoongozwa na maafisa wake mwenyewe, watu waliokuwa na ujuzi wa baharini. Hawa watu pamoja na wale wa Solomoni wakasafiri kwa bahari mpaka Ofiri, wakaleta kutoka huko talanta 450 za dhahabu, ambazo walimkabidhi Mfalme Solomoni.
