2 Krönikeboken 7:1

När Salomo hade slutat sin bön kom eld ner från himlen och förtärde brännoffret och slaktoffren, och Herrens (Jahvehs) härlighet (ära, tyngd – hebr. kavod) uppfyllde huset.

Now when Solomon had made an end of praying, the fire came down from heaven, and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices; and the glory of the LORD filled the house.
