ദേശത്തു ക്ഷാമമോ മഹാമാരിയോ വെൺകതിർ, വിഷമഞ്ഞു, വെട്ടുക്കിളി, തുള്ളൻ എന്നിവയോ ഉണ്ടായാൽ, അവരുടെ ശത്രുക്കൾ അവരുടെ പട്ടണങ്ങളുള്ള ദേശത്തിൽ അവരെ നിരോധിച്ചാൽ, വല്ല വ്യാധിയോ വല്ല ദീനമോ ഉണ്ടായാൽ,
