આ ઉપરાંત, વિદેશીઓ કે જેઓ તમારા ઇઝરાયલી લોકોમાંના નથી તેઓ સંબંધી: જ્યારે તેઓ તમારા મહાન નામને કારણે, તમારા પરાક્રમી હાથ તથા તમારા લંબાવેલા ભુજની ખાતર દૂર દેશથી આવે; જયારે તેઓ આવીને આ સભાસ્થાન તરફ ફરીને પ્રાર્થના કરે,
