परन्तु मैंने यरूशलेम को इसलिए चुना है, कि मेरा नाम वहाँ हो, और दाऊद को चुन लिया है कि वह मेरी प्रजा इस्राएल पर प्रधान हो।’

But I have chosen Jerusalem, that my name might be there; and have chosen David to be over my people Israel.
