જયારે ઇઝરાયલી લોકો મિસરમાંથી બહાર આવ્યા ત્યારે હોરેબ કે જ્યાં ઈશ્વરે તેઓની સાથે કરાર કર્યો, ત્યાં મૂસાએ જે બે શિલાપાટીઓ કોશમાં મૂક્યા હતાં તે સિવાય બીજું કશું એમાં ન હતું.
