”Så säger Kyros (Koresh), kung av Persien: Herren (Jahveh), himlens Gud, har gett mig alla riken på jorden, och han har befallt mig att bygga ett hus åt honom i Jerusalem i Juda. Den bland er som tillhör hans folk ska bege sig dit upp, och hans Gud ska vara med honom.”
