அவன் இவனிடத்திற்கு பிரதிநிதிகளை அனுப்பி: யூதாவின் ராஜாவே, எனக்கும் உமக்கும் என்ன? நான் இப்போது உமக்கு விரோதமாக அல்ல, என்னோடு போர்செய்கிற ஒருவனுக்கு விரோதமாகப் போகிறேன்; நான் விரைவாக செயல்படவேண்டுமென்று தேவன் சொன்னார்; தேவன் என்னோடிருக்கிறார்; அவர் உம்மை அழிக்காமலிருக்க அவருக்கு எதிராகச் செய்வதை விட்டுவிடும் என்று சொல்லச்சொன்னான்.

But he sent ambassadors to him, saying, What have I to do with thee, thou king of Judah? I come not against thee this day, but against the house wherewith I have war: for God commanded me to make haste: forbear thee from meddling with God, who is with me, that he destroy thee not.
