พระองค์ทรงกระทำความชั่วร้ายในสายพระเนตรของพระเยโฮวาห์ อย่างมนัสเสห์ราชบิดาของพระองค์ทรงกระทำนั้น อาโมนถวายสัตวบูชาแก่รูปเคารพสลักทั้งสิ้น ซึ่งมนัสเสห์ราชบิดาของพระองค์ได้ทรงสร้างขึ้น และทรงปรนนิบัติรูปเคารพนั้น
