அப்பொழுது தேசத்து மக்கள் ஆமோன் என்னும் ராஜாவுக்கு விரோதமாக சதிசெய்த அனைவரையும் வெட்டிப்போட்டு, அவன் மகனாகிய யோசியாவை அவனுடைய இடத்தில் ராஜாவாக்கினார்கள்.
