ઘણાં લોકો યરુશાલેમમાં ઈશ્વરને માટે અર્પણો લાવ્યા તથા યહૂદાના રાજા હિઝકિયાને પણ ઉત્તમ વસ્તુઓ ભેટમાં આપી. તેથી આ સમયથી તે સર્વ પ્રજાઓમાં પ્રિય અને આદરપાત્ર થયો.
