Bukod dito, inutusan niya ang mga taong nakatira sa Jerusalem na ibigay ang mga nakalaan para sa mga pari at sa mga Levita, upang mapag-ukulan nila ng panahon ang kanilang pagsunod sa kautusan ni Yahweh.
