Nagpapunta si Ezequias ng mga mensahero sa buong Israel at Juda, at sumulat din ng liham sa Efraim at Manases, na kinakailangan nilang pumunta sa tahanan ni Yahweh sa Jerusalem, upang ipagdiwang ang Paskwa ni Yahweh, ang Diyos ng Israel.

And Hezekiah sent to all Israel and Judah, and wrote letters also to Ephraim and Manasseh, that they should come to the house of the LORD at Jerusalem, to keep the passover unto the LORD God of Israel.
