యెహోవా మందిరంలో ప్రవేశించడం తప్ప అతడు తన తండ్రియైన ఉజ్జియా చేసిన ప్రకారమే చేస్తూ యెహోవా దృష్టికి యధార్థంగా ప్రవర్తించాడు. అతని కాలంలో ప్రజలు మరింత దుర్మార్గంగా ప్రవర్తించారు.
