தன்னோடுகூட போருக்கு வராமலிருக்க, அமத்சியா திருப்பிவிட்ட போர் வீரர்கள், சமாரியாமுதல் பெத்தொரோன்வரை உள்ள யூதா பட்டணங்களைத் தாக்கி, அவைகளில் மூவாயிரம்பேரை வெட்டி, திரளாகக் கொள்ளையிட்டார்கள்.
