അവൻ ദൈവാലയത്തിൽ ഓബേദ്-എദോമിന്റെ പക്കൽ കണ്ട എല്ലാപൊന്നും വെള്ളിയും സകലപാത്രങ്ങളും രാജധാനിയിലെ ഭണ്ഡാരവും എടുത്തു ജാമ്യക്കാരെയും പിടിച്ചു ശമര്യയിലേക്കു മടങ്ങിപ്പോയി.
