At gumawa sila ng proklamasyon sa buong Juda at Jerusalem, para sa mga tao upang dalhin kay Yahweh ang buwis na ipinataw ni Moises na lingkod ng Diyos sa Israel sa ilang.

And they made a proclamation through Judah and Jerusalem, to bring in to the LORD the collection that Moses the servant of God laid upon Israel in the wilderness.
