பின்பு, அவன் அகசியாவைத் தேடினான்; சமாரியாவில் ஒளிந்துகொண்டிருந்த அவனை அவர்கள் பிடித்து, யெகூவினிடத்தில் கொண்டுவந்து, அவனைக் கொன்றுபோட்டு: இவன் தன் முழு இருதயத்தோடும் யெகோவாவை தேடின யோசபாத்தின் மகன் என்று சொல்லி, அவனை அடக்கம்செய்தார்கள்; அப்படியே அரசாளுகிறதற்குத் திறமையுள்ள ஒருவரும் அகசியாவின் குடும்பத்திற்கு இல்லாமற்போனது.

And he sought Ahaziah: and they caught him, (for he was hid in Samaria,) and brought him to Jehu: and when they had slain him, they buried him: Because, said they, he is the son of Jehoshaphat, who sought the LORD with all his heart. So the house of Ahaziah had no power to keep still the kingdom.
