Bukod dito, nagtalaga si Jehoshafat ng ilan sa mga Levita at mga pari sa Jerusalem, at ilan sa mga pinuno ng mga sinaunang sambahayan ng Israel, para sa pagsasagawa ng paghatol para kay Yahweh, at para sa mga pagtatalo. Tumira sila sa Jerusalem.
