તે દિવસે ભીષણ યુદ્ધ ખેલાયું અને ઇઝરાયલના રાજાને ટેકો આપીને અરામીઓની સામે રથમાં સાંજ સુધી ટટ્ટાર બેસાડી રાખ્યો હતો. આશરે સૂર્યાસ્ત થતાં તે મરણ પામ્યો.
