അപ്പോൾ ആസാ യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിലെയും രാജധാനിയിലെയും ഭണ്ഡാരങ്ങളിൽനിന്നു വെള്ളിയും പൊന്നും എടുത്തു ദമ്മേശെക്കിൽ വസിച്ച അരാം രാജാവായ ബെൻ-ഹദദിന്നു കൊടുത്തയച്ചു:
