എന്നാൽ രെഹബെയാമിന്റെ രാജത്വം ഉറെച്ചു അവൻ ബലം പ്രാപിച്ചശേഷം അവനും അവനോടുകൂടെ എല്ലായിസ്രായേലും യഹോവയുടെ ന്യായപ്രമാണം ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചു.
