செல்வந்தர்களாவதற்கு விரும்புகிறவர்கள் சோதனையிலும் கண்ணியிலும், மனிதர்களைத் தீமையிலும், அழிவிலும் அமிழ்த்திப்போடுகிற மதிகேடும் சேதமுமான பலவிதமான இச்சைகளிலும் விழுகிறார்கள்.

But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
