જે વડીલો સારી રીતે અધિકાર ચલાવે છે અને વિશેષે કરીને જેઓ ઉપદેશ કરવામાં તથા શિક્ષણ આપવામાં શ્રમ કરે છે, તેઓને બમણાં સન્માનિત ગણવા.

Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine.
