Vậy, trước hết mọi sự ta dặn rằng, phải khẩn nguyện, cầu xin, kêu van, tạ ơn cho mọi người,

I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
