విశ్వాసులమైన మనం పగటి వాళ్ళం కాబట్టి మనలను మనం అదుపులో ఉంచుకుందాము. విశ్వాసం, ప్రేమను కవచంగా, రక్షణ కొరకైన ఆశాభావాన్ని శిరస్త్రాణంగా ధరించుకుందాం.

But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.
