1 Tessalonicenses 2:13

Há outro motivo para sempre agradecermos a Deus: quando lhes anunciamos a mensagem de Deus, vocês a ouviram e a aceitaram, sem nunca tratá-la como uma mensagem vinda de homens. Pelo contrário, vocês entenderam o que essa mensagem realmente é, ou seja, a palavra que vem de Deus. Isso acontece porque Deus trabalha por meio daqueles que creem nele.

For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.
