ശമൂവേൽ ശൗലിനെ കണ്ടപ്പോൾ യഹോവ അവനോടു: ഞാൻ നിന്നോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്ത ആൾ ഇതാ; ഇവനാകുന്നു എന്റെ ജനത്തെ ഭരിപ്പാനുള്ളവൻ എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു.
