હવે શાઉલના પિતા, કીશના ગધેડાં ખોવાઈ ગયાં હતાં. તેથી કીશે પોતાના દીકરા શાઉલને કહ્યું, “તું તારી સાથે ચાકરોમાંથી એકને લે; ઊઠ અને જઈને ગધેડાંની શોધ કર.”
