అప్పుడు యెహోవా “నీవు వారి మాటలు విని వారికి ఒక రాజును నియమించు” అని సమూయేలుకు చెప్పినప్పుడు, సమూయేలు “మీరందరూ మీ మీ గ్రామాలకు వెళ్ళి పొండి” అని ఇశ్రాయేలీయులతో చెప్పాడు.
