1 Samuel 7:6

Nagtipon sila sa Mizpa at sumalok ng tubig at ibinuhos ito sa harapan ni Yahweh. Nag-ayuno sila sa araw na iyon at sinabing, “Nagkasala kami laban kay Yahweh.” Doon pinagpasiyahan ni Samuel ang mga alitan ng mga tao ng Israel at pinangunahan ang mga tao.

And they gathered together to Mizpeh, and drew water, and poured it out before the LORD, and fasted on that day, and said there, We have sinned against the LORD. And Samuel judged the children of Israel in Mizpeh.
