Första Samuelsboken 7:6

Då samlades de i Mispa och öste upp vatten och hällde ut det inför Herren och fastade den dagen och sade: ”Vi har syndat mot Herren.” Och Samuel dömde Israels barn i Mispa.

And they gathered together to Mizpeh, and drew water, and poured it out before the LORD, and fasted on that day, and said there, We have sinned against the LORD. And Samuel judged the children of Israel in Mizpeh.
