യിസ്രായേല്യർ മിസ്പയിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു ഫെലിസ്ത്യരെ പിന്തുടർന്നു; ബേത്ത്-കാരിന്റെ താഴെവരെ അവരെ സംഹരിച്ചു.
