1. ശമൂവേൽ 6:3

അതിന്നു അവർ: നിങ്ങൾ യിസ്രായേല്യരുടെ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ പെട്ടകം വിട്ടയക്കുന്നു എങ്കിൽ വെറുതെ അയക്കാതെ ഒരു പ്രായശ്ചിത്തവും അവന്നു കൊടുത്തയക്കേണം; അപ്പോൾ നിങ്ങൾക്കു സൗഖ്യംവരും; അവന്റെ കൈ നിങ്ങളെ വിട്ടു നീങ്ങാതെ ഇരിക്കുന്നതു എന്തു എന്നു നിങ്ങൾക്കു അറിയാം എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

And they said, If ye send away the ark of the God of Israel, send it not empty; but in any wise return him a trespass offering: then ye shall be healed, and it shall be known to you why his hand is not removed from you.
