1. Samuel 3:14

Darum habe ich dem Hause Eli geschworen, daß die Missetat des Hauses Eli solle nicht versöhnt werden weder mit Schlachtopfer noch mit Speisopfer ewiglich.

And therefore I have sworn unto the house of Eli, that the iniquity of Eli’s house shall not be purged with sacrifice nor offering for ever.
