I SAMUELE 31:4

Allora Saulle disse a colui che portava le sue armi: Tira fuori la tua spada, e trafiggimi con essa chè talora questi incirconcisi non vengano, e mi trafiggano, e mi scherniscano. Ma colui che portava le sue armi non volle farlo; perciocchè egli temeva forte. Laonde Saulle prese la spada, e si lasciò cader sopra essa.

Then said Saul unto his armourbearer, Draw thy sword, and thrust me through therewith; lest these uncircumcised come and thrust me through, and abuse me. But his armourbearer would not; for he was sore afraid. Therefore Saul took a sword, and fell upon it.
